Building Pathways is a Community Interest Company active in Greater London and the West Midlands since 2019. A career-related service empowering individuals, enriching communities and enhancing organisations, we help Pathfinders aged 16 to 30 to learn new skills and discover promising career paths.
Guiding young adults from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, we collaborate with businesses, charities and communities to help young adults find careers of choice. Promoting equality and diversity, Building Pathways proactively champions young people to become positive change-makers in their own lives.
