SOCIAL VALUE
Utilising the National TOMS framework for Social Value as ‘the standard’, we measure the true social impact of all our work
ONLINE TRAINING
We have a growing range of accredited online training courses and offer bulk discounts to employers and industry organisations, as well as expert facilitation services when needed

We are extremely grateful for the support Building Pathways have provided to Merton and Carshalton colleges construction students. During a year where opportunities to engage with employers have been limited, our students have benefitted greatly from meeting employers virtually and gaining insight into the Construction Industry. The mentoring and additional support provided to an high needs learner, has seen him gain confidence and successfully achieve his Health & Safety certificate.

Building Pathways have helped the students at Lambeth College to gain occupational insight and make informed choices about their skills needs through inspiring projects and placements. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
SUCCESS STORIES
Read case studies from some of our happy beneficiaries and our partner and employer network
We had three students; Electrician, Painter and Decorator and Plumber. All three men were keen to work, polite and punctual on a daily basis. We had positive feedback from the Trade Supervisors they were working with and the Voids and Maintenance Manager was very pleased with both their interest in learning and the quality of work the students carried out.
Building Pathways clearly work very hard to build relationships with colleges and local employers and they have made the process very easy on us. I look forward to continuing to work with them to provide more opportunities to local people.
