Building Pathways Academy
Backing Pathfinders aged 16-30, our Pathfinder programmes lead to a wide range of jobs. Spanning from trades and professions to office-based roles, there’s something for everyone! Moreover, our accredited e-learning courses include subjects like First Aid and Managing Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work.
What are the programme and e-learning course requirements?
Our e-learning courses are open to all ages and skill levels, requiring no prior experience. Offering flexibility and free retakes, all online training is conducted in English. Our Pathfinder programmes are also conducted in English and are available to interested young adults. Eligibility for our Pathfinder programmes includes:
- Aged 19 to 30 years
- Unemployed claiming Universal Credit, JSA or ESA or economically inactive
- Holding correct documents to live and work in the UK
- Have access to a laptop/PC and smartphone
- Resident in the West Midlands area (Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell or Wolverhampton)
