I learned what it was like to work in an architecture firm, and had an opportunity to integrate myself into the experience by carrying out a specified project alongside my studies. My mentor shared knowledge about interacting with clients, the workflow of how to tackle a project from start to finish and the problems that can sometimes come when working in a firm and how to handle them appropriately.

Building Pathways are wonderful to work with. We had no idea of how to progress our Mentor Programme but their knowledge, friendly manner and easy communication gave us the confidence to hand over the training part of our programme to them. Our mentors told us how good the training session was and how much they enjoyed it and how much they had learnt. Very happy and would use Building Pathways again.
